How your information is handled

This website has no database, no accounts, and no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice, so the site remembers whether you prefer English or Portuguese.

The appointment form does not send anything by itself. It composes a message from what you have written and hands it to WhatsApp or your email app, where you choose to send it. Until you press send, the information stays on your device.

Once you send it, Katy uses your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your appointment. They are not shared with anyone else, and never used for marketing lists.

Please don't send medical history, diagnoses, or prescription information through the form. Anything relating to treatment suitability is discussed privately before your appointment.
